片尾字幕里有演员表、导演、编剧、灯光、美术、造型、摄影。
1、创作组包括：导演组、摄影组、录音组、灯光组、美术组、造型组。
2、制片组包括：出品人、制片人、统筹等工作。
制片组不需要直接参与艺术创作，但影视剧的顺利拍摄离不开他们从中协调。

具体工作：
1、导演组
导演组的分工非常细，吃瓜群众看了最容易蒙圈。导演负责把控整体的艺术创作。哪拍的不好，哪要调整，演员表演怎样，都是导演负责。具体的执行工作常常会交给执行导演和现场副导演。演员副导演负责选演员。从N多的备选演员里挑出最适合某个角色的演员。场计负责计拍摄时的所有细节，包括摄影机的尺码。涉及到打戏，还会请动作导演设计招式。影视剧中打斗镜头好不好看，动作的设计起到了很重要的作用。
2、摄影组
剧组里抗着大摄像机的都是摄影组的人。由摄影指导带队，负责所有的拍摄工作。拍摄前，摄影指导要和导演分解镜头的拍摄角度和方式，拍摄时负责定机位，按计划执行。
3、录音组
录音组负责现场的收音工作。带着耳麦坐在观察器前的是录音师，在演员附近举话筒进行收音的是“杆儿爷”。录音师要注意台词有没有录清晰，以及台词的部分有没有噪音，是否影响后期制作。同时还要记好合格的场号，防止后期制作时对不上口型。杆儿爷举的话筒既要尽可能的接近演员，又不能使其入镜。
4、灯光组
由灯光师领队，负责拍摄时所有和“光”有关的工作。室内太暗，灯光组要调整亮度。而室外太亮了也会影响拍摄效果，就会用到黑板蝴蝶布等工作降低和柔化光源。此外，灯光师还要按照导演的要求设计灯光带呈现的效果，并用光线营造出相应的氛围。
5、美术组
负责剧组里道具和场景的设计、制作。如果看到弹幕说“道具太良心了”，那都是他们的功劳。
6、造型组
负责角色的服装和化妆。生活剧有时会直接搭配衣服，古装剧和科幻奇幻等非生活装的剧会先画设计稿，定稿后再制作出来。
