国家机关(State organs)是指从事国家管理和行使国家权力的机关。包括国家元首、权力机关、行政机关和司法机关。

国家权力机关：全国人民代表大会及其常务委员会、地方各级人民代表大会及其常务委员会和各专门委员会及其办事机构。
国家行政机关：国务院及其所属各部、委各直属机构和办事机构；派驻国外的大使馆、代办处、领事馆和其他办事机构；地方各级人民政府及其所属的各工作部门；地方各级人民政府的派出机构，如公安局派出所、乡镇工商所、税务所等等；其他国家行政机关，如海关、商品检验局、劳改局（处）、公安消防队、看守所、监狱、基层税务所、财政驻厂员、市场管理所等。
国家审判机关：最高人民法院，地方各级人民法院，专门人民法院和派出的人民法庭。
国家检察机关：最高人民检察院，地方各级人民检察院，专门人民检察院和派出机关
国家军事机关：管理国家军事事务。

㈦ 中共中央是国家机关吗

1.“国家机构”的含义
国家机构是统治阶级利益的捍卫者和执行者。国家版职能是国家机构设权置的主要根据，国家机构是实施国家职能的载体，是国家为实现其职能而建立起来的国家机关的总和。

2.按照宪法第三章的规定，中华人民共和国的国家机构包括：国家权力机关(全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会)；国家主席；国家行政机关(国务院和地方各级人民政府)；国家军事领导机关(中央军事委员会)；国家审判机关(最高人民法院、地方各级人民法院和专门人民法院)；国家检察机关(最高人民检察院、地方各级人民检察院和专门人民检察院)。此外，在我国还有人民政协、社会团体等组织，也被视为国家机构。

3.“国家机构”是一个宪法概念，而“国家机关”就是指上述的各类国家机构（国家主席除外）。

㈧ 从事国家机关工作的就是国家机关工作人员吗

国家机关工作人员是指在国家机关中从事公务的人员。国家机关是指国家权力机关、行政机关、司法机关及军事机关，还有中国共产党的各级机关、中国人民政治协商会议的各级机关，属于国家机关，在这里从事公务的都是国家机关工作人员。
国家工作人员，是指国家机关中从事公务的人员和国有公司、企业、事业单位、人民团体中从事公务的人员和国家机关、国有公司、企业、事业单位委派到非国有公司、企业、事业单位、社会团体从事公务的人员，以及其他依照法律从事公务的人员，都是国家工作人员。国家工作人员的范围包含国家机关工作人员。
