1. 出國簽證要語言考試嗎

這要看具體是哪類簽證，如果是留學簽證的話在語言方面有一定的要求，比如雅回思要多少分，托福要達答到多少分，如果已有這方面的證書就不用考試，所以沒有的話就肯定要考，其他簽證比如旅遊，商務則不需要，移民的話除了技術移民，其他類型的移民簽證也不需要進行語言考試，不然面簽的時候肯定會特別指明申請簽證的人一定要會說英語了。

3. 簽證 （名詞解釋）

簽證（visa），是抄一個國家的主權機關在本國或外國公民所持的護照或其他旅行證件上的簽注、蓋印，以表示允許其出入本國國境或者經過國境的手續，也可以說是頒發給他們的一項簽注式的證明。概括的說，簽證是一個國家的出入境管理機構（例如移民局或其駐外使領館），對外國公民表示批准入境所簽發的一種文件。

4. 英國簽證什麼是語言簽證

1、首先關於英國語言課程簽證的類型。如果是銜接正式課程的語言課程，一般都是T4學生簽證，而且學校會發CAS，只要學校給你發CAS，就是學生簽證。除非是後面沒有正式課程的，或者學校沒有給發CAS的，那就是訪問簽證了，不過這種情況極少。一般是個別學生因為雅思成績太低，要讀長期的語言課程比如時間是3個月以上的，個別學校要求辦理的是訪問簽證。
正式課程簽證同樣需要學生發放CAS，所以自然是T4學生簽證。
2、關於英國簽證材料，語言課程簽證的材料與正式課程簽證的材料有以下幾個不同。
A、CAS，學校正對這兩種簽證的CAS要求是不同的，盡管都是學生簽證，但是在資金和材料以及語言要求上還是有所不同的。但是在遞交簽證時，都是CAS，沒什麼不同。
B、語言要求，簽證中心規定的正式課程簽證的雅思要求，一般是B2，相當於雅思的5.5分，當然學校的要求一般會更高，不會比簽證中心規定的還低。所以，學校既然已經給你發放了CAS，就說明你已經達到了學校的語言要求。
而語言課程的簽證的最低要求只要B1，相當於雅思的4.5分，這與正式課程的要求還是有一點距離的。也就是說，此時學生如果只有5分的雅思，他是可以申請語言課程的簽證的，而不能申請正式課程的簽證。當然，同時學校如果給你CAS了，就說明你的語言達到了簽證中心的要求。因為CAS是學校向簽證中心申請的，學校是沒有權利直接給你發放CAS的。

5. 語言簽證在哪裡簽

申請哪個國家的語言(學習)簽證，就要去該國的使領館申請，有的國家在華會有簽證中心，不過有的國家如果有規定要面簽，最好還是去使領館

2：普簽的話，審理的時間是3-4個月。
