① 哪些事業單位屬於機關

事業單位實際上按照人員工資供給形式分類可分為三類，一類是全額供給，就是專人員工資和辦公經費屬全部由同級財政支付。二類是差額供給，也就是單位有收費項目，但是較少，不夠辦公費用和人員工資，這樣超出的部分由同級財政部門支付。三類是自籌，也就是說單位有自己的收費項目或盈利項目，工資自給自足。
在第三類人員裡面按照管理方式可分為依照公務員管理和事業管理。
一般來講機關和第三類裡面依照公務員管理的單位稱為「機關事業單位」
而剩下的事業單位就稱為「事業單位」

1、你沒有很全面的理解該法條，第三條意思是與事業單位或行政機關，社會團體建立勞動關系或應當建立勞動關系的勞動者，比如行政機關聘用的看大門，打掃衛生的，燒鍋爐的，比如協警，司機等非行政或事業單位編制內的工作人員，這類人員與單位是勞動關系，應當適用勞動法調整；
2、事業單位實行聘任制的工作人員，首先是勞動關系，但是這種勞動關系比較特殊，首先使用專門針對性的法律法規或其他特殊規定，如果沒有規定適用勞動法；
3、公務員或參照公務員管理的行政機關或事業單位，適用公務員法；
4、具體就看你與事業單位的關系是屬於聘任制還是其他工勤人員，或者是你們單位是否是參照公務員管理的事業單位，如果是，則應當適用公務員法。

下面建議可以幫你適應第一天的工作:

一、第一天上班保持愉快的心情，面帶笑容，記得遇到每一位同事都要親切的跟他們打招呼，並介紹一下自己，讓大家感覺你很有親和力。

二、上班第一天的穿著也很重要噢，建議您選擇一套適合自己的膚色、身高、體形，當然還有你的工作職位噢，衣服穿起來好看了，也會顯得對自己很有自信。

三、待人接物要禮貌點、謙虛點、誠實點。這樣足夠了。

公司第一天，一般不會安排工作。

正規的公司，一般是讓你學習公司的紀律、企業文化，另外介紹你給其他人認識。

至於做什麼，屆時聽別人的就可以了

頭一天先和公司同事熟悉起來,你也先熟悉公司的文化環境以及你所任職的工作職責,迅速熟悉自己的工作。先了解公司文化最重要,只要心態好就很好了,讓自己大方得體禮貌,熱情,開朗,積極向上,樂於助人,還有服從和執行吧,這是一個新人都應具備的。

在新的單位，處理人際關系，把握幾個原則：

（1）少說話，多做事。

（2）盡快熟悉新業務，不懂就問，不要不懂裝懂，這樣害的是自己

（3）多了解同事的喜歡，尋找共同話題，盡快和他們打成一片。

（4）要有爭先恐後的精神，就是臟活累活搶著干，慶功的時候把自己放最後一面。

（5）尊重同事，你尊重別人，別人才會尊重你。

（6）切記不可背後說人壞話，特別是老闆，領導的，不然到時會死的很難看的。

第一天不用太熱情，但一定要充分表達出你願意和大家好好相處的意願，並且還要讓上司看到你能在短時間內勝任這份工作的能力和潛力。

1、按時或提前上班。

2、衣服得體、整潔、莊重。

3、和同事交流保持善意的微笑。

4、請示上司，著手工作。

5、工作一定要積極主動。

6、不要主動談與工作無關的話題。

7、資料工具堆放整齊。

8、手機設成振鈴，最好不要接聽與工作無關的手機電話。

9、善於控制自己的情緒，不要將不良的情緒帶到工作中來。

10、不要一到下班時間就馬上消失，要對自己經手的每一件工作負責。並且讓你的領導知道你在做什麼。

11、對於給上司的任何建議或報告，都不要敷衍了事。嚴謹、負責、用心是每個上司都喜歡的工作作風。

12、多幹活,少說話,不懂就問，別誇誇其談。

13、你的直接上司會讓你干一些無足輕重的活，你不要輕視，這是領導和同仁對你的考試。

14、不要和同事瞎說話.因為你不了解內部關系。
