國家審判機關：最高人民法院，地方各級人民法院，專門人民法院和派出的人民法庭。
國家檢察機關：最高人民檢察院，地方各級人民檢察院，專門人民檢察院和派出機關
國家軍事機關：管理國家軍事事務。

㈦ 中共中央是國家機關嗎

1.「國家機構」的含義
國家機構是統治階級利益的捍衛者和執行者。國家版職能是國家機構設權置的主要根據，國家機構是實施國家職能的載體，是國家為實現其職能而建立起來的國家機關的總和。

2.按照憲法第三章的規定，中華人民共和國的國家機構包括：國家權力機關(全國人民代表大會和地方各級人民代表大會)；國家主席；國家行政機關(國務院和地方各級人民政府)；國家軍事領導機關(中央軍事委員會)；國家審判機關(最高人民法院、地方各級人民法院和專門人民法院)；國家檢察機關(最高人民檢察院、地方各級人民檢察院和專門人民檢察院)。此外，在我國還有人民政協、社會團體等組織，也被視為國家機構。

㈧ 從事國家機關工作的就是國家機關工作人員嗎

國家機關工作人員是指在國家機關中從事公務的人員。國家機關是指國家權力機關、行政機關、司法機關及軍事機關，還有中國共產黨的各級機關、中國人民政治協商會議的各級機關，屬於國家機關，在這里從事公務的都是國家機關工作人員。
國家工作人員，是指國家機關中從事公務的人員和國有公司、企業、事業單位、人民團體中從事公務的人員和國家機關、國有公司、企業、事業單位委派到非國有公司、企業、事業單位、社會團體從事公務的人員，以及其他依照法律從事公務的人員，都是國家工作人員。國家工作人員的范圍包含國家機關工作人員。
